Welcome to SendCourier.in. By accessing our website, creating an account via Google Login, or booking a shipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Usage & Role

SendCourier.in operates as an online courier aggregator platform. We provide a technological interface that allows users to compare prices, book shipments, and track parcels using third-party logistics providers (Courier Partners). We do not own the delivery vehicles or directly employ the delivery personnel.

2. Account Creation and Security

• You must authenticate using a valid Google account to use our platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your shipments, including exact pickup and delivery addresses.

3. Shipment Booking and Dimensions

The prices quoted on our platform are estimates based on the dead weight and volumetric dimensions (L x W x H) declared by you.Important: If the courier partner audits the parcel at their hub and finds a discrepancy between declared and actual dimensions/weight, a weight discrepancy penalty will be applied to your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the platform to:

• Ship any items listed in our Restricted Items Policy (e.g., explosives, narcotics, currency).
• Engage in fraudulent activities or use stolen payment methods.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our customer support staff or courier pickup executives.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via Razorpay. We reserve the right to change our service fees at any time without prior notice.

5a. Cancellation & Refund Window

If you wish to cancel your booking after payment, you must contact us via Live Chat Support within 10 minutes of payment.

• Cancellations requested within 10 minutes (before courier dispatch) are eligible for a full refund.
• After 10 minutes, the shipment order is automatically created and forwarded to our courier partner — no cancellation or refund will be provided.
• Requests via email or phone after the 10-minute window will not be accepted.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, ship prohibited items, or accrue unpaid weight discrepancy penalties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SendCourier.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Delays in pickup or delivery caused by the Courier Partner.
• Damage or loss of parcels during transit. SendCourier.in provides no insurance and assumes no liability for lost or damaged items — all claims must be directed to the respective Courier Partner.
• Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government lockdowns).

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, its original content, features, AI models, and functionality are owned by SendCourier.in and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
