Booking & Pickup
Simply log in with Google, enter your pickup and delivery addresses, enter the package weight and dimensions, and pay securely via Razorpay. Our AI will automatically assign the best courier partner.
Yes, after booking, you must print the shipping label (AWB) and securely affix it to your package before the pickup executive arrives.
If you were unavailable or the package wasn't ready, the courier partner will attempt pickup again on the next business day (up to 3 attempts).
Currently, pickups happen anytime between 10 AM and 6 PM. We cannot guarantee specific hourly slots.
By default, you are responsible for packing. However, we do offer a premium "We Pack It" service in select metro areas.
Tracking & Delivery
You can track your shipment directly from your SendCourier.in Dashboard or via the tracking link sent to your WhatsApp and email.
Express air shipments usually take 1-3 business days. Standard surface shipments take 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
Currently, SendCourier.in only operates within India (domestic shipping).
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be Returned to Origin (RTO).
Check the live tracking status. If it hasn't updated in 48 hours, contact our support team to escalate the issue with the courier partner.
Payments & Refunds
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), and Netbanking via Razorpay.
You can cancel for a full refund only if the courier executive has not been dispatched yet. Cancellations after pickup attempt are not allowed.
Approved refunds are initiated immediately but may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
If you under-declare the weight/dimensions of your parcel during booking, the courier partner will audit it at the hub and charge the difference.
Yes, all our prices are inclusive of 18% GST as per Indian government regulations.
Restricted Items
Yes, but it must be packed securely, completely powered off, and shipped via Surface transport only due to its lithium-ion battery.
Yes, but they must be packed with heavy bubble wrap and thermocol. You are solely responsible for damages to fragile items.
Non-flammable liquids can be shipped via Surface transport only, provided they are double-sealed to prevent leakage.
Explosives, narcotics, currency, precious metals, firearms, flammable liquids, and live animals are strictly banned.
The parcel will be seized and destroyed without refund, your account will be banned, and legal action may be taken against you.

Google Login ensures secure, spam-free accounts, eliminates password fatigue, and provides faster checkouts.
Yes, we use 256-bit encryption and are compliant with the Indian DPDP Act. We do not store your credit card information.
Yes, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team, subject to the completion of all pending shipments.
