Shipment tracking statuses are synced directly from the courier partner's API. While we strive to provide real-time updates via WhatsApp and our Dashboard, there may be delays, synchronization errors, or temporary inaccuracies in the tracking data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service, including serviceability to specific PIN codes, without prior notice.
